By encouraging self-help through sharing, the Cooperative ensures that energy and raw materials are used in an environmentally friendly way in vehicles of all types. The Cooperative provides mobility services in Switzerland and other countries. It provides vehicles of all types against payment as an environmentally friendly and economical alternative to car ownership. With the same objective in mind, the Cooperative may also choose to sell other products and services against payment.

The Cooperative may sell, buy, lease or hire vehicles and other products and services provided this is compatible with its declared purpose. The vehicles and other products and services can also be used by non-members at special terms. The Cooperative may conduct all commercial, financial and other activities in connection with or in support of its declared purpose. The Cooperative can acquire, hold and sell property. The Cooperative can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and overseas and hold interests in other companies in Switzerland and overseas. The Cooperative can join organisations and initiatives or support those to whose ideals it ascribes.
