All In One Home Repair and Maintenance Solutions was started over 12 years ago because I could not find one reliable company to handle the broad variety of home repair services and improvement projects I was struggling to get done. I found some very good people who were very hard to schedule and expensive; some very poor people I wish I had never met; and just about everyone in between. I knew there had to be a better way. So I decided to do something about it.

What makes us different from other companies and remodel contractors:

• We are not remodel contractors that's too busy or expensive to handle your smaller home repair and home improvement projects.
• We are not your neighborhood handyman who may or may not answer the phone, return your call, show up on time, get it done right or come back if something goes wrong.
• We are not a part of franchise operation that is burdening remodel contractors with running a franchise operation while trying to get some real work done at the same time.

We are a locally owned and operated home improvement and home repair company specializing in small to intermediate projects and repairs; everything from fixing a door to bathroom remodel<.

We have over completed over 25,000 jobs since we started, and if we have not done work in your house, we have done work for your neighbors. • Focus: All In One Home Repair & Maintenance Services only works with homeowners. Your home is not merely a work site, it is your home and you and your pets live there. We know that our courtesy, trustworthiness, cleanliness are every bit as important as the work we do for you.

• Company Size: We are not a one man operation. We have a dedicated crew of professionals; each skilled in multiple trades to make quick work of your project list. We will schedule your job at your convenience, and can usually be at your home within one to two days, if not the same day you call.
• In House Expertise: Unlike many general remodel contractors for home repair, we do not farm your job out to sub-contractors. Our employees do the work. We only hire Craftsmen with at least 10 solid years of experience in the trades. We background check them, and train them to put your needs and expectations first. We have complete control over when and where they work at all times so we will stay on your job without interruption until it is done.
• Customer Service: We have a fully staffed office to answer your calls promptly (M-F 7:30am - 5:00pm, Sat 9am - 5pm). They have access to the status of your job, which craftsman is working for you, and the work schedule so they will be able to address your concerns promptly. Our Craftsmen arrive on time, ready to work, and are courteous and clean at all times.
• Project Management<: In addition to our office staff, your larger home improvement projects will be assigned a manager who will be monitoring the progress on a daily basis, and will be on site regularly. He has the authority to make changes to the staffing to keep your project on track, and is ready to assist you in coordinating any changes or any additions that you might need.
• Courteous Craftsmen: There are many tradesmen with the skills to do home improvement. They learned by building apartments, new houses, other unoccupied buildings. Home repair and bathroom remodel for home improvement is completely different. You are living in your home while we are doing your work for you. Our Craftsmen have been working directly with homeowners for years and understand what it takes to meet your needs and expectations. You will find that they are easy to work with and respectful of you and your home at all times.
• Dedication to your home repair job: Our Craftsman has his tools with him and is ready to start work when he arrives at your home. He will stay on your job without interruption until it is completed, no matter how large the job.
• Licensing: We are a licensed general home improvement contractor, CSLB # 789782, with specialty licenses in plumbing and electrical work for your bathroom remodel projects. We have the skills you need and we will not be learning how on your job.
• Insurance: We have a $2,000,000.00 liability policy, and carry worker's compensation insurance for all our employee's. There are many home repair companies who do not have this insurance, and you may be liable for any injuries incurred while they are on your job.
• Guarantee: We offer a one year written warranty on our workmanship and we will be here to honor it. Even with all of our experience, things happen. Just call us and we will be back straight away to fix it 100% at no charge.
