Located in middle of El Condado, on a quiet side street, Casa Castellana is within walking distance of the beach, night clubs, and casinos. It is ten minutes by car from picturesque Old San Juan or the airport. You can join one of many sight-seeing tours, or just read and relax on the tree-shaded Salon Avila terrace!

In the morning, owner-hostess will prepare your home -cooked breakfast, that includes family recipes, such as eggs cooked to order, gourmet local pastries, Spanish loaf bread, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and freshly brewed coffee from one of our local plantations. If you prefer, you can prepare something for yourself in our fully-equipped kitchen.

The Casa Castellana B&B Inn occupies the present owner's Spanish Colonial residence, which was originally built in the 1920's. It was later renovated in the 50's at which time it is believed the master bedroom was expanded and the beautiful stained glass windows installed that are seen throughout the inn.

The third floor, now the breakfast area and terrace, was later added. In 2004, the house was purchased by a new owner but never occupied. The house was renovated and upgraded by its present owners in late 2009.

The house has been the home of several prominent families. It was designed to be a comfortable retreat in the middle of the city. Caribbean breezes refresh the third -floor terrace, and the surrounding shade trees shelter singing birds.

Toledo Room<
