Protecting Your Skin From The Sun<
The number one cause of skin aging is sun damage. Wrinkles and hyper-pigmentation are all signs of damage and leave your skin open to a repressed immune system and the ever frightening skin cancer. The best defense against sun exposer is a daily SPF. Short walks, out door lunches, or even a day of errands is enough to cause damage. Don’t ignore your SPF even on cloudy days or during winter, the UV light is still strong enough to harm the skin.
Dermalogica’s Daylight Defense System is a great skin care line that has changed the face of “sunscreen” and has many other health benefits for your skin. Multivitamin Bodyblock is recommended for all skin types including prematurely-aging skin. It acts as a moisturizing sunscreen that is fast absorbing and not greasy!

There are many ways on reducing stress on your tresses. By having the right products and tools for your hair, you can reduce the damage done by heat. This will lead to healthier, shinier locks that will improve the hair’s texture and overallfeel.
Using a heat protecter before using any styling appliance will insulate the hair creating thermal protection while styling. Thermal sprays provide protection, hold, and condition the hair shaft to reduce cuticle damage. MYTH: Excessive brushing can pull on hair strands and cause breakage and/or dryness. A natural boar bristle brush is the best option over plastic or nylon bristles but you should still minimize the amount of times you brush your strands.
