I grew up here on the Kenai Peninsula enjoying everything it had to offer. I graduated from Nikiski High School in 1994 and with great tradition in my family I joined the Navy. I served in the Navy from 1994 to 2010 and lived in some great places including Hawaii, San Diego, and Seattle. I was even more lucky to travel to about 20 different countries here in the Pacific. A truly amazing time to not only serve my country but see the world.

However in all my travels nothing has to offer what the Kenai Peninsula does and so I came home to be close to family and friends and start my second career in real estate. I enjoy many activities in my spare time and helping out in the local community.There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Kenai Peninsula real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
