Mr. Water™ Professional Water Treatment of Hagerstown, Maryland is a local full service well and city water softening and conditioning company specializing in sales, service, maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial water treatment equipment in Central Maryland and the surrounding Tri-State area.
That "mysterious device" in the basement of your home doesn't have to be a source of endless expense and constant frustration because you can't find an experienced professional to service it. Residential well water treatment and conditioning systems commonly suffer from poor water pressure and low flow rates for various reasons. Your water softener, acid neutralizer, iron filter, or other filtration or purification system may not be functioning as it should because it may not have been installed correctly and does not have the water pressure it needs to regenerate or backwash properly - in most cases we can greatly improve this.
Water that looks cloudy, creates a blue or green stain, smells like sulfur (rotten eggs), tastes bad, or stains fixtures brown can also gradually damage your expensive plumbing system - causing pinhole leaks, clogged piping, and unnecessary faucet, dishwasher, and water heater repairs.
As "Natures Solvent" well water can contain common nuisance substances and minerals such as calcium and magnesium hardness, iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, and sediment; or it could possibly contain dangerous man made pollutants like nitrates, bacteria, lead, MTBE, benzene, and other organic and/or inorganic substances that can be harmful to human health.
Mr. Water Professional Water Treatment has new technologies available that will fix the questionable quality of your drinking water, laundry will be clean and bright, and bathing will be a refreshing experience again - all for less money than you might think! To meet your water quality needs, all of our new EcoSoft Water Treatment Systems™ are custom built to the highest standards based on your water analysis.
We provide "Up Front Pricing" and professional installation from experts in the field included in the price. We have a one year 100% Performance Guarantee on all new systems and 30 day warranty on most repairs. No gimmicks or fast talking salespeople - we genuinely care about making sure you get the highest quality drinking water for many years in your home or business.
The modern water conditioning industry is a unique combination of a science and a trade that is over 75 years old. The current economic downturn has resulted in consolidations and buyouts in many sectors of this industry resulting in a focus on the bottom line and profits instead of solving customer's water problems - this has damaged the reputation of many established water treatment companies in the Maryland area. Because of this we have also found that some companies don't have the latest equipment or the expertise in both water chemistry and well systems needed to properly recommend the right system for your home.
Our New EcoSoft Water Treatment Systems™ Patent Pending Water Softener with EcoVent Sulfur Removal Technology is a great example of how a small company with new thinking can make a difference in an industry that is lacking in new innovations. Like most mechanical systems found in a home or business - almost all water treatment equipment requires routine maintenance.
We can help you determine if the system you have just needs service, is in the wrong configuration or is the wrong system altogether for your problem well water. We service:
- Culligan®
- Ecowater®
- Rainsoft®
- Kinetico®
- Fleck®
- Clack®
- Autotrol® valves commonly installed by plumbing companies
Our knowledge of residential ultraviolet lights and reverse osmosis systems is second to none. Our expertise in the wide array of brands and types of systems sold in the Maryland area makes us unique as a resource in our service area. Put our 23 years of water treatment and conditioning experience to work for you. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Call us for fair, honest, and reliable service - we are here to help!
Well & City Water Treatment Systems<
The water conditioning control valve is the "Brain" of any treatment system and is what differentiates one system from another. Brass valves used by most water treatment and plumbing companies contain lead and can leak due to electrolysis or corrosive water conditions.
Most expensive and so called "Stainless Steel" mineral tanks are not transparent and still have a fiberglass liner on the inside that is there for leak protection because these tanks are still welded together. Still others use valves that have a combination of metal and plastic parts that restrict your pressure and are difficult to service.
Because Mr. Water™ services nearly every make and model of water conditioning equipment sold in Maryland; we have seen what works and what doesn't. We build every new Heavy Duty EcoSoft Water Treatment Systems™ with you the customer in mind. We use valves made of Noryl® plastic manufactured by General Electric - the world's leader. Parts and supplies for these valves are widely available and easy for a trained technician to service.
With service flow rates of up to 25 GPM, if you are replacing an old system, there is a good chance you will see a water pressure INCREASE. As you can see from the photos, we use opaque fiberglass tanks - making these professionally installed whole house purification systems easy to service because a homeowner can shine a flashlight thru our tanks to see when the system is due for servicing.
We offer both automatic "time clock" and "electronic demand" units for both well and city water-custom built for YOUR water problems. Not only is a system designed with YOUR water quality in mind, we can custom build equipment to fit in the tightest of spaces - all we need is access to the incoming water line, and in most cases (but not all), access to a drain and 110v electrical outlet.
