We are a conscious intentional community and retreat center with a focus on health, spirituality, and a plant-based diet set in a luxurious seven-bedroom home by the beach in Puerto Escondido, Mexico.
Our mission is to create a peaceful, loving environment to support the needs of guests from all over the world who come to The Sanctuary to heal themselves spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Healing modalities and therapies include yoga, meditation, breathwork, vegan superfoods & supplements, detoxing & cleansing, FIR saunas, massages, surf therapy, oil pulling, feet soaking and much more!
The Sanctuary is not just a hotel or hostel. We are a large family house in which we can support each other in our healing processes.
